CANCELLATIONS AND / OR MODIFICATIONS OF THE RESERVATION

The following rules will apply:

Cancellation and Return

For cancellations of reservations, the maximum cancellation period is 30 days before arrival, and 100% of the total will be charged in case of exceeding that date.

In dates of Holy Week, High season, Fair and sporting events in the area or its vicinity, 40 days before arrival can not make changes or cancellations. After that period, 100% of the total will not be returned.

Returns will be made once notified by email to the company within 30 days of notification and the same account that the client used for the reservation.

Use of the apartment

Iliturvacances will provide the apartment to the Client in the state of conservation, cleanliness and precise order so that the Client can access it at that moment.

The Client will immediately notify Iliturvacances of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents.

The Client will refrain from introducing furniture or undertaking renovation or repairs in the apartment.

The Client will not be able to lodge in the apartment more than the number of people allowed by Iliturvacances.

The Client will refrain from using the apartment for any purpose other than the one agreed here; the subletting of the apartment is forbidden.

The time of entry of customers will be from 16:00 h on the first day of booking and departure at 10:00 h on the last day of booking.

Upon arrival, you must carry the credit card used to make the reservation and its documentation. In case you do not have both and the full payment of the reservation has not been made Iliturvacances can refuse to provide access to your accommodation.

Upon arrival and disagreement with the legislation in force, the police file must be completed.

All types of parties or meetings that could disturb the rest or tranquility of our clients and / or the neighbors of the properties are strictly prohibited.

The Client will not carry out activities or will have behaviors contrary to decency and norms of hygiene or normal behavior.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for arrival days later than the date of entry or early departure

The Client will not be entitled to any kind of reimbursement in the event that, for reasons beyond Iliturvacances's control, he checks in a day or days later than the official date of entry.

In the same way as long as the causes are alien to Iliturvacances the Client will not be entitled to reimbursement for abandonment of the apartment before the end of the contracted stay.

Iliturvacances will not be responsible for damage, loss or theft of goods of any kind introduced in the apartment by the Client.

• Overwhelming force

Iliturvacances, its affiliates and its information providers shall not be liable or considered in default or failure to comply with any delay or failure in the performance or interruption in the delivery of Iliturvacances content, resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond its control reasonable, including but not limited to failures in electronics or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnection problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes or natural disasters, strikes or other labor problems, wars or government restrictions.

Tourist Tax

The tourist taxes, which are charged by municipal account, are not included in our rates. The amount is expressed per person and day and may vary depending on the destination. Depending on the case, it must be paid at the place of destination or at the time of booking.

Rules of Procedure

In each of the accommodations you will find an internal regulation whose objective is to facilitate the stay. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with this regulation and comply with it. We would also like to offer some recommendations to avoid possible inconveniences:

Close the windows before leaving your stay and lock the door. We remind you that Iliturvacances declines any responsibility in case you have forgotten personal effects in the apartment at the time of your departure.

Applicable legislation

This contract is considered given and agreed in Spain. Spanish law governs this contract.
